This is one of my favorite "comfort food" meals. If I remember correctly, I got this recipe years ago directly from Campbell's.
Chicken & Rice Bake
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can water
3/4 c. Uncooked White Rice
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
* In 2 qt. dish (or 9x13 pan if making with 6 pieces) mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.
* Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle top of chicken with additional paprika and pepper.
* Cover with foil (or lid to casserole dish) and bake 45 minutes or until done.
