Here I am again with what I think are this week's best buys at Bi-Lo. Remember, there are a lot more items listed in their sale flyer, but I always list only what I think is the better deals. After all, anyone can look at the sales flyer and see what is on sale right? But not everyone can look at it and know it is a good/great deal. The average shopper just assumes that anything listed in a sales flyer is a great price - - Wrong!!! Especially if you are a couponer, right ladies?
